Intro

This is a page devoted to thoughts on leadership in many areas of life. A large amount of the postings here are likely to be related to my graduate work. If possible, I hope to post some of the work I've done to date, or at least to post some excerpts. From time to time, I'll try to throw in a book review on leadership and management works.
